To download application forms, please click whicever is applicable: Rental Application Form - non student If you would like to apply for a unit or house that you have already seen, you can print out this application form, complete the application form, sign it, and return it to our office in person, by mail, by fax (613) 546-2994, or email lambrentals@cogeco.ca Please understand that all received applications will be reviewed & processed within 1-2 business days from receipt. Credit checks and reference checks are routinely completed on applicants. We may request more information or proof of income if required. Please make sure that we have a telephone number to contact you in such an event. If accepted, we will contact you and make arrangements for you to come in and sign your lease.
