Sample Lease: Here is a sample lease. Typically, our leases are 12-months. Please note that while this is our standard lease, certain specifications or addendums for a particular property may apply.

Pre-Authorized Debit Form: For our tenants’ convenience, we offer pre-authorized debit withdrawals for monthly rent payments. If you are interested in this, please complete the form and return it to our office.

Tenant Move-Out Responsibility Letter: If you are moving out of your unit, please review this letter to ensure you have completed your responsibilities as a tenant of a Lamb Property Management rental.
